Growing up in Detroit, MI, my parents owned several rental properties near downtown. They were fantastic old homes with big moldings and wood floors that had stories to tell. I often tagged along with my dad to help with projects between tenants. Developing a strong work ethic, I remember scrubbing walls, pulling weeds and hauling left behind treasures from basements. In retrospect, those jobs had a significant impact on me and gave me great satisfaction. And practically speaking, those homes paid for my high school and college educations and have since contributed to my parents’ retirement fund.

When it came time to purchase my first home with my husband, it only made sense for me to seek an investment property to put us on the same trajectory as my parents. Something that would give back over time, like those old homes in Detroit. So that’s just what we did.

Today, as a Property Manager, my goal is to help families like mine maintain and improve their investment properties so they can be productive assets for their futures. I offer my strong work ethic, honesty, loyalty, and my desire to see both clients and tenants succeed.
